Ever run a site before: Admin on another site, and moderator on another. I think I know pretty well how to manage things Wink.
Why you'd make a great Co-Admin: I'm pretty helpful, and I know how to deal with problem theads and problem forumers. I can definitely try to be more active if I get the position.
