Umm, BOTM/BOTW:Banner of the Month/Banner of the Week - For the forum.

Points? For posts like for buying packs.
Following on from that; make some .PSD or .XCF packs to distribute on different forums.

GFX Groups, People make Different groups you can join and then have battles between the groups. (Each member giving a tag in for the big battle.) Not sure if we will have enough members for that at the moment.

Rating Center - Get some raters from AQ to rate here or just have the test here.

Add A forum "The Gallery" To display peoples work in general, it's a bit less spammy.

I like the points thing and te groups vs groups thing as well.
