Ever run a site before: Yes, but it was a forum like this for a clan. I created boards and appointed moderators. Although it wasn't as active as I had hoped.
Why you'd make a great Co-Admin: I'm usually pretty good at doing what I'm told. If I don't agree I always come back with an alternative rather than just arguing for the sake of it. I get pretty good ideas sometimes that I'd like to share.
